"Ordered contactless delivery with a delivery time of 60-70 mins, had no confirmation that order was delivered within 40mins, pizza was cold by the time I retrieved it, and half the order was missing. Contacted the store and they acknowledged the other half was still at the store and they were gonna deliver it, when the delivery driver arrived she made it known she was just following instructions of leaving it out front. She was being very passive aggressive, had 2 slices of pizza and felt sick after 30 mins, threw it all back up. Would not recommend anyone order from this place ever."

"Chick named Aubrey (sp) was not only rude, but she left our food sitting so long that it got cold and greasy while we were literally at the counter waiting for her to get off her cell phone. Wish I could leave no stars. Only good thing was that the store is very clean."

"Pizza Hut customer service is trash. I ordered my food, waited about an hour for delivery, got the wrong order that was nothing like my order, tried to contact the store, had busy tone every time, then when I reached customer service all they said was "sorry, we will get this out as soon as possible" even though I explained that I have a small window for lunch which was missed.. and 1 hour later, still no delivery. You're better off ordering local or fasting..."

"we received the pizza almost an hour after the order was placed and it was cold and hard. it seemed like it had been sitting out for several days and super thin when we ordered hand tossed, i’ve never had an issue with pizza hut until i came to this location, the breadsticks look so nasty i couldn’t even eat them, when we called to try and resolve the issue the manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. there’s a reason half of these reviews are 1 star."

"Absolutely no attention to detail. Ordered a medium pepperoni with jalapeño. In the comments said extra extra well done / crispy. The pizza was barley done at all and it had no jalapeños. Also orders a veggie pizza that was a very sad pizza. I will never be getting pizza here again and I suggest y’all don’t either."
