"I love this Gong Cha location! It's extremely clean and inviting. The service is always quick, and the employees always have a smile. The drinks are delicious every time; love all the different options and combinations to choose from. I recommend the Strawberry Matcha latte and Strawberry Taro latte!"
"The drinks are usually good (kind of pricey imo) and place is pretty clean, but it’s usually not packed. Service is pretty slow. And for gods sake, upgrade the little games for people that wanna play, they’re so worn out. And last time I went they slammed the tip jar in front of my freaking face and said “don’t forget”… I tipped a pretty good amount and they still stared me down like I was interrupting their conversation about personal stuff."
