"For anyone paying with a card, highly recommend to NOT leave your receipt blank on the “additional tip” because they will add whatever tip they want and then not do anything about it. I went in with my family on 10/13/23 and we were charged 15% gratitude on each receipt. So I didn’t leave an additional amount just signed it. When I checked my bank I noticed the amount was different. It was $15.00 more. I thought maybe after the 15% gratitude it would equal that amount but it was still adding up to more. I asked my father to check his receipt too and he also noticed his amount was off. In total it was about $26+ plus the 15% gratitude on each of our tickets we got charged. When I called the restaurant I was told they had to investigate and they would call me back. It’s been 5 days and I still have not received a call. I understand we are in times of need but it is not right for whoever added the additional tip choose to write whatever amount they please. If just my dad’s and I they took out $26+ I’m just thinking about how many other people they do this to and they don’t even realize it. I called my bank and disputed the amount."
