"The menu said "BEST CHILI IN TOWN!" So I ordered some and they only gave me a small side that taste like old Hormel to me. In general, companies are allowed to make exaggerated subjective statements in advertising, but not misleading statements from an objective view. For example, a Stars advertising its chili as “The Best in Town” is not falsely advertising. It is simply a subjective opinion. However, using superlatives like “the best,” “the most,” or “the lowest” when advertising could be construed as deceptive. The law requires you to be truthful when you advertise a product or service. What you say in your ad shouldn't deceive or mislead customers into thinking your product or service can do something it can't."

"Stars restaurant off of Bus 83 and Alamo Rd in Alamo TX is awesome! We have ordered 6 big meals for $40+ and are always satisfied with the portions and freshness. Everything is hot and delivered to your car pretty quickly. We avoid going near lunch time or between 5-6 pm when it is busier, that way we don't wait too long for our food. We haven't had an order wrong yet. They are good at taking orders and not messing up. We are pretty picky eaters and the food here has been GREAT!! A++"
