"I went to Arby's for the first time and it was terrible. First of all the food felt like it was a day old. I waited 45 minutes and the waiter was rude. I asked when my food was arriving and she said "just wait." The atmosphere was terrible because there were 3 homeless men begging for food. One of them went up to my table and asked for my food. One of them was sleeping on one of the tables. One of the waiters dropped food and just left without cleaning it. One of the homeless men got mad because no one gave him food so he broke the window. I've went back 5 times to see if they fixed the window but they haven't."
"Not sure why this place got anything less. This place is very clean. Customer service is very fast and friendly. The food even looks like the pictures. I have never been in a nicer fast food establishment."
"We had the bacon ranch cheese steak and the fish sticks. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The only issue is I did not like there tarter sauce"
