"My family and I love buying pizza from here. This location is small and the waiting time is unbelievable. I remember one time, my dad ordered it through the app, we went to pick it up, and when we got home, our order had another pizza that wasn't ours."

"If I could give it 0 stars, I would You’re better off buying a frozen pizza and making it at home than to even consider buying pizza here. They DROWN the pizzas in marinara sauce lol If you order online, your order will not be ready by the time it notifies you it’s ready, you’ll still wait another 20-25 minutes for it. Don’t bother calling either because they’ll take your order but never make it until you get there to pay. Be careful getting it delivered, they’ll go to the wrong place and refuse to give you a refund. I’ve tried to be a customer because it’s close to my home and hot and ready, HELLOOO But honestly one of the worst pizza establishments I’ve ever had to deal with. Never again. This place has no good service, horrible customer care, and never ever do they have anything ready."

"Went there to get the order then the girl at the register tells me no one order by phone i showed her I called and she went to ask another employee and my order was there I get home and look at the deep dish was horrible doesn’t even look like a deep dish looks like 2 small pizzas made"

"What’s the point in ordering online of you still have to wait almost 50 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. And on top of that, they started giving out the orders to people that had ordered while I was waiting for mine! The staff has no control of the orders. People kept coming in and at no point did the lady taking orders would she advise there is a long wait. The had two lines of receipts on the counter of orders pending. It’s ridiculous!! And it’s not like only one person was working! While waiting inside I counted about 6-7 people. The girl taking the pizzas out the oven was just boxing them up but at no point did she multitask to get those orders out. She just kept stacking the pizzas and waited for another girl to come and take them out of her way."
