"My food is usually very delicious and giving to me on time. However, today they made me wait 20-30 mins for a meal, after cashier realize they forgot to give my ticket to the cook! My order was not to my expectations and the 2nd cashier helping the front end was saying that’s how the order is knowing damn well she would have not eaten that nasty food he brought out. She was stating at the food with disgust. I don’t think carne deshebrada is dry meat, so yes! I recommend they change things around here when management is out! Starting with the cook, or get it together when providing a customer service. The girls on the front end needs to be answering the phones properly and not making me wait 5-6mins on the phone while taking another customer order. then to hang up on me. (Rude) & They all need to be delivering this great customer service this place is known for. Employees need to work together to get orders out on a timely manner and take action when the cooks messes up and not brush it off but saying nonsense."
"I ordered by phone at 11:31am. The CSR told me it would be ready in 10min. I gave them events time arrived about 15 min later. The order was not ready until 12pm. The window CSR was rude and they got my order wrong. I asked for no backs. I just left. They have been good in the past but today was a bad experience."
