"waited 30 mins for my drink ( it wasn't busy at all so i don't know why it took so long) and when i got it, it was barely filled up and there was no tapioca in it. when i asked for it with tapioca, he told me no because it wasn't on the receipt even though i had asked for a caramel brown sugar tea with boba."

"Very cozy place to study :) unfortunately not many outlets though. There's a lot of flower/ plant and bike decorations throughout. A bookshelf to the left of the register holds a variety of games to play with friends. I got the Vanilla Creme Brulee Frappucino with boba. It was an amazing balance between the coffee flavor and sweet creme brulee flavor!! I would definitely order it again :) I also tried the taro mochi waffle with all the toppings and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't like taro but this waffle was very soft and yummy and the taro flavor wasn't overwhelming."

"2 visits so far and Ive enjoyed both experiences seeing as i like to eat alone for lunch. They serve good chicken Vietnamese sandwiches that are tasty for the price $6+ I have also ordered the chicken bites and they were great , Ive ordered the french fries but they were not appetizing and small portion not equivalent value for the price.$5+. Ive ordered 2 smoothies and both were made well . The restrooms were clean and the ambiance, cafe, hangout , were good."

"Today was my first time coming here. I was craving a cold thai tea. I called to ask if they have and price and the person working today provided me answers. The phone conversation was okay. There was only one person working as I guess today was a slow day for them. I decided to support this franchise as it is considered a local business. When my fiance and I came in (we were the only ones inside throughout my whole experience) we were greeted which was great. Transaction with person there (Not sure if this was an employee or owner as she was very quiet) was okay. This place is great to have hangouts or meetings at! They have music playing in the background. Very nice decoration and neat amenities here as well (Please see my pictures to see what I am referring to). I would recommend everyone to try this place out. I would consider coming back here. The ONLY thing I would consider this business to look into is to be more open with customers and start conversations (big or small)- You might just see more people coming more repeatedly. Thank you 'The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea'!"
