"Seriously the best brisket in the whole valley! I love coming for breakfast tacos when I feel I deserve it after the gym. My favorite is the Pirata (beans, cheese, brisket, egg and a slice of bacon on a flour tortilla.) It's delicious! And don't forget to try the gorditas when they have them available. The price may seem a little steep but the servings are very generous and in my opinion worth it. Service is great and friendly!"
"Stopped in while I was in the valley and was very impressed. Like most Austinites, I love good breakfast tacos and these are as good as it gets! Luxurious. Decadent. Rich and tasty. Huge portions. I ordered two tacos, which was way too much food. It’s hard to see from the road, look behind the coffee shop."
"NO WAY IN HAVEN'T REVIEWED THIS. Best brisket in the WHOLE VALLEY. Literally this stuff is the bomb, love it. The biscuits on Thursdays are to DIE FOR. Really love all the food here, but if you eat be sure to do some cardio cause its BIG PORTIONS. Awesome, awesome place. Come here once every 2 months."
"This is by far my favorite Tex Mex taco place in the RGV! The owners are friendly, and the food is always tasty (and very filling). I appreciate how the owners - Ale and Danny - are welcoming, accommodating, and are willing to strike up warm conversations with customers to get to know them better. Moreover, though the tacos are on the pricier end (prices starting at $7 - 8), one taco fills me up for two meals - I've heard this is the case for other friends that I've taken to El Sancho. The tacos are usually stuffed with additional sides and garnishes, such as cheese, egg, avocado, or cilantro - they've never skimped out on their food even with the current inflation.
