"The service is very unacceptable I called many times on different occasions to place an order through the phone and I get put on hold all the times I call and it is honestly very stupid they do that what’s the whole point of having a phone number if your customers can’t even order through phone?it is very frustrating that myself has to go down to the store and get down just to place an order and I have to wait another 45 minutes for my food and it’s not even busy I even call while im outside the store seeing it’s not busy and I see the cashier pick up the phone and put me on hold while there is no one in line to order it is very unnecessary to answer and out me on hold when I’m outside the store and it’s not busy at all very bad customer service !!!here’s a photo and no one is upfront attending there’s enough people in the kitchen they don’t need the cashier’s assistance very bad service !!!"

"How many bad reviews is it gonna take in order for you to change management? This establishment is horrible. The manager with all her tattoos and no customer service skills whatsoever tries to intimidate her customers. It's only her and one cook no matter what time you go. I think they take try to take advantage of the situation that they're the only fast food place in this location. That at this point they don't care how they take care of their customers. Their franchise name should be stripped"

"Worst service ever. Staff not very helpful. Maybe they need some training or customer service training. I will never return to this location. The owner of this establishment should have a staff meeting and start looking for more staff. This place was a lot better a few years back."

"Horrible service and food. After receiving our order all our fries were stale & the order of 5 wings of louisiana hardly had any seasoning when going back to the store to get a remake or partial refund host kayla allegedly said she was a manager and did not want to give us a refund she said there was nothing wrong with the order. she even felt the fries. And said the louisiana wings had a little seasoning and that it was okay to serve them like that. Manager did not do anything to help fix the order after inconveniently driving back and wasting more time."

"I went around 10 PM the girl at the front told me it was going to be an 18 min wait, when I received my wing my original hot wings look old and cold and so were my fries I received like half of the container with really old fries and they were super cold. Tried calling twice but no one answers."
