"I ordered through the app for pick up. When I arrived my order wasn't ready but seeing that there was only one employee it was ok. The girl didn't know what was on my order and I did end up telling her twice about missing items. Towards the end, she rolled her eyes at me as if I was the one who had messed up. Geez."

Download the app to get a free smoothie and earn rewards points with each purchase for free items. I like that turbinado is used as a sugar replacement as it is a much more healthier option. The smoothies here are an easy way to introduce vegetables into your diet and an easy way to eat and work at the same time without having to stop and sit to eat for people like me who are extremely busy. On Sundays from opening to 10:50 am smoothies are half off! Such a deal! Management and workers at the Pharr location had previously been rude but as new workers have been hired and new management have come in they have done a lot better with their customer service. Also like that they hire young people and give them a chance to get work experience."

"I ordered twice for delivery and they keep giving me the wrong wrap or not completing my order. I’m not sure who’s working there September shift weekdays in the morning, but some management there needs to be checking. Sad because I like tropical smoothie but I’m no longer ordering here."
