"I don't recommend this El Pato on Griffin Parkway in Mission to anyone. The service is really bad when it comes to ordering, the wait is horrible. There is always one person working in the front, taking orders so the wait is bad inside and outside. The reason I come here is because it's closer to my house, I don't have a choice. But, dude, why would you have one person taking orders knowing that it's busy. There is no manager, NONE!!!! WOW!!! I have waited 30 to 40 minutes when I do come here. DANG!!!"
"Love my pato employees I hope owners show appreciation to these hardworking ladies in the front and back, they do so much for this buisness! This location has been doing way better especially with take out in mornings. Food is good Service is better from past years. Ms.irene made us smile the other day with that amazing customer service she has. Thank you ma'am!"
"I usually buy my tostada's or similar at the Bryan location. I went to this one instead. I wanted beef chalupas . They had lots of cold ground beef,lettuce ,etc. Got too Expensive for my poor self. It was a waste of money. 8 dollar some. Anyway ones at Bryan road were great. This were COLD!!!!! I got a call from Eleasar Solis. He was kind of like rude and he thought somebody wanted to rip him off. Trying to get free food. Wrong! He wanted to know if I had a receipt on me. I'm driving and his pompous self tells me call me back when you have your receipt. Pretty bad customer service."
"Service is always great. Veterans Discount helps for us senior citizens. Food is hot and fresh, coffee fresh. Huevos Ala Mexicana breakfast taco are the bomb. Thank you"
