"Incredibly impressed with Dominique! Ordered carryout and he was the only employee working. Closing time is usually when customer service is at its lowest but I can honestly say this is the BEST pizza I have ever eaten from Dominos. He clearly cares about his work and goes the extra mile for customers! Highly recommend this location. Some of you need to ask yourself why you’re complaining about delivery time and charges. If driving around Houston was fun, quick, and easy, you wouldn’t be ordering delivery. Compassion and empathy can go a long way."

"If I could put 0, I would. We live 1 mile from a pizzeria and they haven't been able to deliver pizza to us for an hour and a half. Although he writes that the driver has been here for a long time. We called customer service and they transferred us to a pizzeria. We said that if the pizza is cold, we won’t accept it, after which the call was dropped, not wanting to listen to us. I don’t understand how you can treat customers like that."

"All I can Say is .. WOW… I am Super amazed.. the driver was so kind and professional… One superhuman for real! He deserves so much out of life ! He made the delivery easy and fun. thank you again so much MR. ORTIZ …. for him to take his time and be completely honest about his situation brought such warmth to my heart. Aside from the amazing service they pizza was spot on and my order was correct and kept warm. I really appreciate people who make absolutely no excuses and get the job done.
