"Unbelievably bad service. I placed an order for a specific time (two hours out). When I walked in, there was ZERO greeting. Everyone avoided eye contact, saying hello, the works. I finally asked if my pizza was ready, after 10 minutes of being ignored and they said “it’s coming”. I wasn’t angry at the delay but at the lack of acknowledgment/greeting. All they had to do is look up and say hi and I would have completely understood and not written this review."

"Soggy Pizza!! in addition, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and it came with no pepperoni’s !! The pizza dough was undercooked! Worst Pizza ever!!! I basically threw away $22.00 it was inedible!!!"

"Ordered the new pepperoni stuff crust pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and cooked well done. Staff didn’t do any of those things. $33 for a delivered pizza you’d think they’d honor requests.. The only pro was that it was delivered quickly. But that’s really a con since they made it quickly and ignored my requests, some which I paid extra for. The pie wasn’t even cut all the way through, lol. This place sucks and the manager offered nothing to make it better. Go to another location or skip papa John’s altogether."
