"Good food. Service... Not so good. Tea is Great. Atmosphere needs something to bring people in and keep people in for at least a little while like music or television. Personally I've been going here for years (as most of you who live in Alice) and I can't recall anytime there has been more than 3 or 4 tables occupied."

"Over 30 minutes in the drive-through. Fine, I've worked fast food before - I get it. Went inside for an estimate of time remaining. A woman comes in shortly after and asks if I'm the one driving my vehicle and hands me my order. She announces to everyone that there was "no one in the car," as if to somehow shift the blame of the delay onto me. I have quite a lot of patience, but I don't remember a time I've ever come away so pissed."

"My aunt had ordered steak strips. We had been waiting — without exaggeration — 40 minutes outside in our car. When she got down to complain, it was revealed our food had been ready for 30 minutes and the reason why it wasn’t brought out was because the employees were socializing and playing around. Never coming back again to this ghetto establishment and I suggest you don’t either. Food is cold to the touch."
