"I ordered on line but until I went to pick up my order they told me they had no veggies or cokes after I paid on line. Another time the burgers I received were warm and juicy but I waited 25 to 30 minutes and not once was offered a free drink or anything extra for waiting so long."

"2/4/24.. Bk has always had so/so service. Today really was horrible. The staff of 3 were rude. I understand we were dining in, but it was a 45 min wait, and the burgers were incorrect, the chicken fry’s were burned(n tasted horrible) the French fries came after the order was on table n they were cold. There was no ice, the restroom was dirty, no soap, and to toilet paper!! Today was a horrible experience.."

"Bk has stepped up in Alice Angela was AMAZING with us and our children even offered king hats. I eat here often regardless of wat some say cuz the food is delicious. Normal coming here you don't see many friendly attitudes but definitely seeing a huge difference!!!"

"12-20-23: not a horrible experience. But it was far from great. This location needs to step it up by now. I had an online order but still wanted to order extra. But the cashier kept waking away. Our sprites were Dr peppers and they were flat. My son's apple sauce was missing. My 12 piece chicken fries was shorted and old/hard. Fries were old and cold. The burgers were dry. Okay, maybe it was a horrible experience. 2022 Updated: our most recent visit was a success. I'm hoping it's want a fluke. Food was on point. Service was exceptional. After having a chat with new manager, I feel confident this location is back on track. I'm raising my previous rating from 1 star to 3. I currently can't give them 5 yet, because I've had one good visit or of maybe 15. But I'm more than willing to make another visit soon. 2022: Everytime we decide to give them another chance, they mess up again. We usually need travel to Kingsville or Calallen to get Burger King. We made 5 orders, 3 online and two in person. Our online orders weren't ready because they forgot what we ordered. All our non burger food was old and cold. Some orders or food was wrong. Plus, I was overcharged. Just an added fact: others have had issues here too. When I ask were someone wants to eat, Burger King is usually first off the list. And no wonder it's always so dead there."
