"I decided to order something new I got the brisket bbq pizza and besides it being a bit high in price I said why not let's give it a try. I got a hamburger beef pizza with a side of bbq sauce. Like wth is that I could of just gotten a dinner box like I usually do and added bbq sauce on the side. Everything else I ordered was fine but that was not a brisket bbq pizza."
"I am so upset. I feel like if I should have paid for the pizza. I can get a refund. The only good thing that was good for my order was the wings The pizza was not even cut And it was some type of burn refund please would appreciate it. I'm very disappointed. The service was ok then I was trying to be nice to the lady. She was too busy trying to get out and give pizza to her friends. I wish all that Effort would have been on my order too Next time be nice to the customers. When they're actually trying to be nice to you. You don't have to be friends , but at least trying to have common courtesy not everybody's is mean Both pizza's went to the trash there were not cut"
"It didn’t taste bad. But I was charged for pepperoni lovers. And I barely got regular pepperoni. The cheese sticks weren’t even cut. And no comment on the cinnamon sticks. All and all. I will travel farther to get a better product."
"It was not what I expected! Even with the rain the night before, the area was not sprayed down, we walking on horse mess and mud! No pavement or gravel. The horses didn't look too well kept. One horse's tail was so long dirt was wrapped in it! Mr. Ace was nice. He asked for us to tip his girls, which was rude to him. But, I will not return there. Also, there was no shelter to sign up. Portapotties. We were at a table outside in the mud right next to a mess and flies roosters. The trail wasn't exciting at all..."
"Ordered pizza online. Delivery time continued to rise. Called several times before someone answered to check on order. Was given less than pleasant communication on the phone. Decided to pick up food. Once I got home noticed pizza was missing toppings, wings did not have the requested sauce and they gave us the wrong desert. While I understand the climate we are in, I do believe there should be a stronger process. This falls on leadership. Update: the pizza was terrible. I normally finish the whole thing but I was unable to. The wings also were terrible. Ugh!"
