"I've never had a bad experience here. If you're wondering why I gave 5 stars for service and 4 overall, well I've gotten hot coffee about 10 times and maybe 4 of those times my coffee was hot, mostly lukewarm. Still won't stop me from going back cause I'm always gonna go back."

"I'm disappointed with the recent changes at the coffee shop. Downsizing cup sizes without adjusting prices feels like a money grab. The medium now looks more like a small, leaving customers with less value for their money."

"This review is for all of the Red Runner or Brevity or whatever else they want to change their name to, not just this location. Recently the owners decided to do a size change. Meaning the large is now an extra large. The large that used to cost about $6.50 after tax is now $7.85 after tax. However, I'm not getting any more coffee than I was before. Inflation is going down. So what gives? This move will make me get coffee less often from your place. I highly suggest you go back to the way it was before you start losing business. One last note, raising the price will mean no more tips for your employees. Higher prices mean less visits too. Well done."

"Hey loves…..we got a new place @redrunnercoffee I enjoy this cute little coffee shop. It remind me of the drive up ones in Washington State. The staff is always friendly and they have affordable pricing, they even offer a military discount on your coffee which is always nice. The coffee is never burnt. To me that’s a sign of knowing your machine’s temperature and cleaning it properly and regularly. They have plenty of drinks too choose from and service 3 locations in the San Antonio area. Go give them a try loves and find your favorite drink. Mine is an Iced White Chocolate Mocha. Go try it loves. You won't want to miss it."
