"I decided to check out this store for the 1st time. I walked in to order. The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly. I was blown away when I ordered something new from the menu because then the cashier said, "Let us know if you don't like it, we'll make you something else." The staff here truly delivered outstanding service. Ok, maybe the batista who made my drink wasn't as friendly. I'll give her another visit. Needless to say, I even walked out with a bag of grounds for my plants. I will certainly make this location a "favorite." Come check them out for yourself!"
"First holiday drink of 2023 and this Starbucks did a wonderful job messing it up. I ordered an venti soy chestnut praline. Why is there so much room? Where’s the whip? Praline topping? and when you call to let them know you’ll get greeted with attitude from the baristas answering the phone and from the shift supervisor working on 11/2/23. They were rude and need to be re-coached on the latte model."
"Have stopped at this location 3 times now, service has been fast every time. Location had items even though the app said they were out. Staff was helpful and friendly, sometimes the drive thru is pretty busy. I've passed on stopping at least once due to the line. Lately Ive been stopping there to try the new frozen flavors. Most recently the caramel ribbon crunch and the matcha green tea (with an added espresso shot).."
"Friendly staff. Quick Service, drive-thru, Lobby and pick up. A little tricky to get in and out of the property especially if you want to go back in one direction or another."
