"WOW how they make their shakes so healthy when they literally taste like ice cream is amazing. The shakes are dairy free (soy isolate protein) and they don’t add milk! The owners and employees are super welcoming and knowledgeable about the nutrition. Plus the whole vibe of CHN is about community - they host regular events to connect everyone and share information. Love it. Ice cream sandwich, whites chocolate raspberry cheesecake, Oreo chocolate cheesecake, white chocolate pb cup - they’re all fantastic!! The teas have a little caffeine, B vitamins, and aloe and you can control the sweetness (although they are sugar free)."
