"Employees aren't outright rude, but the manager on shift is a bit condescending and short-tempered. Asked for ice waters and she refused to give them in the cups with lids for my toddler girls. Chewed out her staff for not giving out waters in red solo cups. -_-"
"Something is always down at this location. The workers have become a little unprofessional. It’s always down every week. Don’t even bother ordering from this location. Yes this includes cold foam if you order for your drink."
