"Blackrock Coffee is amazing. The staff is friendly, the coffee is tasty, and the inside is always clean. They are quick, and we have always had an amazing experience so much that I go every day! We normally use the drive through, but have gone in as well. They have tasty snacks too, I'd recommend a blueberry muffin or kolache! The prices are comparable to Starbucks, but a much more refined taste. They are the only coffee place we go to, when at home. I get a hot vanilla latte with 2 extra shots extra hot, with whole milk, every day, and they never let me down. Keep up the good work."

"OMG, they opened about a year ago, and this was the first time I visited. The gentleman who helped me was kind, patient, and funny. The coffee was just the perfect strength. When I walked in I knew I was going to like them. I also asked if I brought my own coffee mug if they can fill that instead of getting one of the paper ones. YEA!!!! They can. I'll definitely go back."

"The best Vanilla Chai Latte I’ve ever had! It wasn’t too sweet and the cinnamon wasn’t over powering. This is such a great place to study or hangout out. They need more locations around San Antonio. It’s like the Black Rifle of Dutch Bros. Only 2 improvements they should make is lowering the volume of the music and having more outlets. There are only 2 outlets for guests to use even though they have a lot of seating. And, the music volume has guests talking loudly to hear one another."

"Normally I would rate this place 5 stars, but today my wife ordered a blended coffee and after some time she was complaining that she was getting bits and pieces of something in her mouth and seeing something in her coffee. So I went and dumped out the rest and we find a big piece of metal which is assumably something from the machine that fell into the cup and got blended with the coffee, which is probably why there were bits of metal as well. My concern is how did the employees not notice metal being blended With the coffee and my wife is concerned that she swallowed pieces of metal and so am I. I would like to request a refund and I also have picture evidence. (My wife did not finish her coffee in the photos, I dumped out the rest of the coffee so we could actually see what was at the bottom)."
