"Was in town for a wedding. Stopped to get donuts and my daughter wanted Boston cream with sprinkles. Of course, that doesn’t exist, but without hesitation or even me asking they took one to the back and added some sprinkles. It made her day! On top of their great service the donuts were delicious!!"
"Does not honor to good to go app. Lady was incredibly rude. She closed the store early telling me there were no doughnuts left when there was entire counter full. Why be a part of the app if you're not going to do it? Luckily got my refund."
"Today (Friday Nov 10 at 5pm) was my family's second encounter with the woman behind the counter. A couple of weeks ago I had to deal with her incredibly rude attitude towards me and 2 others picking up TGTG orders. Today my husband felt her wrath. This was our favorite location for regular and TGTG orders. However, we will not be returning here - solely due to this woman."
"I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Shipley's Donuts, and it was a total letdown. The woman working there was incredibly rude, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. Her attitude was as stale as the donuts, and that's saying something. I couldn't believe how unwelcoming and unprofessional she was. It's safe to say I won't be returning to Shipley's anytime soon."
"I was eating a donut and bit into it and felt something hard and metal I spit it out and this is what I find I tried to call the store but no one answered and they don’t have a voicemail set up if anyone can get me into contact with their corporate number that would be greatly appreciated"
