"Staff very rude. Pizza was terrible, I paid $20.00 for a pizza that didn’t have hardly any toppings and had asked for extra sauce; which there was no extra sauce. All I tasted was mainly the dough! I will not be going their again!"
"Ordered through Ubereats , received wrong order & it was cold took them 2 hours to answer the phone when I got a answer he was very rude and my issue did not get resolved do not order from this location . You'll be eating cold cheese pizza like who eats cheese pizza & no one will accommodate you !"
"I called to ordered a pizza and a papadia and they guy was very rude and condescending. When I said something about it he apologized but when I got to the restaurant he said that he didn't put in my order. I asked why but he wouldn't give me a reason. We argued for a bit and then I left. I can only assume that he was mad because I called him out on his rude behavior. Very horrible experience."
"I get all of my pizzas from this location! I’ve never been disappointed in my orders. They have always been exactly what I ordered and their delivery drivers are always very friendly. If I happen to be out and decide to stop and pick one up they always bring it out to my car when it’s done. Great Pizza place! Unfortunately I have to state that due to a very bad experience with the general manager at this location I will no longer ever do business with Papa John’s again! The corporate office is just as bad as the local retailer as well. I called the corporate office to voice my dissatisfaction. The corporate office has a standing policy that a returned phone call will be made within 24-48 hours. After calling and having it escalated FOUR times due to NOBODY ever contacting me I finally gave up on reaching a resolve. I was informed by a employee that the general manager is really good friends with the district manager and that’s probably why nothing was ever done. Anyway, I’m done with this pizza place. They obviously have deep rooted issues that trickle down from the corporate office as we’ve seen on the news in months passed. VERY disappointed!"
