Situated on the southern end of the museum campus near the H-E-B Body Adventure, in the Francisco Ruiz House, the café is open on Sundays from Noon to 4 p.m., Mondays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted, with a 10% discount offered to Witte Museum members, military personnel, and educators. Menu items include a vegan wrap featuring marinated black beans, roasted corn, squash, pickled red onion, and sliced tomato on a bed of kale wrapped in a flour tortilla, as well as hand-made beef and pork sausage served on a brioche bun. Additional toppings such as pickled red onion, Oaxaca cheese, cheddar cheese, and tomato are also available.
