Papa Johns Pizza

"This was the best experience I have had with Papa Johns! A young lady (I wish I could remember her name) called to apologize for my order running late (and it really wasn't! ).. And the delivery driver, Melissa was very sweet. Thank them both for my family's Christmas Eve dinner :) I am a fan of this location"

"Order from a different place. 30-45 minutes turns into 1 hour 20 minutes more often than not. They use to be pretty good. Not sure if it's new management or they're just that short handed. The last time decided to do carry out so I wouldn't have to wait an hour and half and get a Luke warm pizza, but had to wait for them to make the pizza we ordered. I get it, mistakes happen but every time isn't good. All the hassle and waiting double normal time for delivery and waiting in the parking lot for them to make the correct pizza ,,, just not worth it. Didn't even get offered a free soda for their mess ups. I will never order from this location again."

"I would give this location a zero, but this time, it is my fault for continuing to give them chances. However, this will be the last one. I have ordered from this location many times thru out the years, but my last orders have been on a very steep downhill. Today was my last straw as I had ordered a works pizza with Xtra pepperoni, yet there was not even 1 pepperoni on the entire pizza. I called in and ordered another, but when I received it, again, it was missing ingredients. The chicken bites seemed trampled and with no chicken. All I can say is do not go to this place. I hope it gets purchased by someone who cares soon."

"Pizza was not what I was expecting.. I don't know what exactly they did, but it did not look or taste appetizing at all. Delivery was fast, so that was the only thing from there, nothing else. Will not order from this location again."

"This location is unprofessional. A lot of young people work there. Shaun the manager is rude and disrespectful. I picked up my pizza And saw a deformed roach running around. I ordered the $10 special but the pizza cutter mixed my ordered up with someone else’s so I got a double cut pizza. The pizza was lukewarm. I didn’t understand why because I had been waiting for the pizza in the lobby. While I was there a lady returned her pizza and they gave her the correct one. The pizza cutter guy put it back under the warmer and was about to give it to another customer until she told them she didn’t want a pizza someone else took to their car then brought it back onto the store. This location is franchised and the Owners don’t care about keeping a good name. Don’t order delivery or carry out."
