"LOCATION NEXT TO RENTAL CARS INSIDE AIRPORT !!!!!!! NOT INSIDE PARKING GARAGE !!!!!! Let me start off by saying I am new to the airport and new to DD as well . So for this being my first time ever in life THIS LADY had/STILL HAS the worst attitude / customer service in the whole world !! soon as I approached the counter “ Uh can I help you “ while sitting down and when I tell her my order she goes on a says SHE CANT HEAR ME with an attitude rolling her eyes . First of all … who greets someone sitting down to begin with . After I placed my order she proceeded to make my order while slamming the cabinets and throwing the ice . After she was me taking photos of her THEN SHE DECIDED TO GET HER ACT RIGHT . What sucks is she’s the only place/person who works there , an open with coffee at the time I come in to work 3am. I really do hope and pray they get someone new cause idk how someone can be that disrespectful and still work there ."
"Before going to this Dunkin, I was told by MANY people, that the main girl working there sucked at customer service. And I 100% agree after my 1st visit. When the first coffee was being explained to her, she was on the phone the whole time. Both drinks were iced coffee. When the 1st one was ready, it was a hot coffee. Which shows she did not pay attention at all. And when I would call for her attention, She was not hearing me or just plain ignoring me. Either way, the lady with the red hair SUCKED. Do not go here! I would give her 0 stars if I could."
"Great place in the airport for your breakfast or quick bite. Assorted variety of donuts and sandwiches. Has options for your coffee too. Slow moving line, need to be faster. Otherwise I'll give a better rating. Associates not really friendly."

"Long Line when I was there! But they tackled through it! I was not in that line of at least 12 people for more than 5-7 minutes. Food was hot and fresh and most important delicious! Coffee was perfect, and the donuts was the best part of all. The staff was also very pleasant for being up at 4am Wish I flew through the airport more often to enjoy them"
