"Young lady at the cashier is rude and was sitting(!!!?) on the checkout counter, with her back turned towards customers, chatting with the security guy who was also just taking a paycheck at that point. Entirely unhelpful and it feels like you're bothering her when you're asking her to check out. She can't be bothered because there's self checkout (that doesn't work btw). Y'all should consider getting better employees or self checkout machines that actually work."

"How many humans does it take to run a self checkout? Asked young lady to cashier me and she moved me over from traditional line to self checkout. Went to two self checkouts and neither could scan my 3 items. She had to come over to help?!?? Wish she had helped the 1st. I don’t need your overpriced airport junk food."
