"I placed a mobile order online and spent 24 dollars on two drinks. The baristas failed to read the instructions and left out the whip cream on both drinks, they placed the flat lids instead. I know they still make Frappuccinos. Why can't people think outside the box and why do they not care? We are paying customers, I'm so disappointed. Coming from a former barista."
"They love to take their time no urgency at all . It seems like they only cater to tourist because as a local I had to wait 30 min for my mobile order !! On top of the inconvenience of not having a parking lot t least the chick fila here in dt has a drive through like Starbucks makes enough revenue to make a drive thru.."
