"this Pizza Hut did everything right! I placed a good sized order with different pizzas. The value was excellent, and more than fed the number of people we needed to feed. The delivery guy was exactly on time with hot pizzas, and took time to check and sort everything to make sure it was correct. I will be ordering from this location in the future for sure, because everything exceeded my expectations."

"The photos speak to the quality of this Pizza Hut. I ordered this using a credit from my last order that they messed up and they still messed up my order. It was supposed to be half and half, but only two slices were edible for the person with a mushroom allergy."

"At 1pm I called in the following order large pepperoni pizza, brownie, and dr.pepper. In addition, I requested 4 paper plates, and napkins. Received verbal feedback that order will be delivered at 1:45 pm. At 2:20 I called to follow up on my order which had not been delivered. Told by a female representative at the store that order had been delivered. Told her the order was not delivered and since it was not delivered I requested a refund. Told her I’d like to speak to a manager because I did not want anything but a refund. She agreed to refund the full amount. However, the driver comes at 2:50 pm with the cold pizza. Did not bring the plates or napkins. Told the driver I’ve already placed an order with Marcos pizza since order had not been fulfilled. Specifically told the driver I was to get a refund and I am still awaiting my refund. Pizza was cold and uneatable. After tending to my busy salon I then proceeded to call and speak to manager. The representative claimed to be manager was unprofessional rude and denied offering me the refund. His rude communication to me consisted of this “After YALL got done hovering over the pizza” He denied previous communication of refund refused to provide his name or ID and refused to accept us returning the pizza. Please do not place an order with location as they lack professionalism and the ability to deliver quality pizza. Absolutely disheartening. Thank goodness for Marcos Pizza. I’m tired of companies taking advantage of people and their hard earned money therefore I’ll be reaching out to corporate office to discuss the service rendered and request my full refund."
