"Visiting Houston with my Grandson playing 7v7 tournament and to see his mom my daughter and his twin sister and younger sister I decided to order online for carry out and would pay when picked up .Came into store discussed why I was in Houston to just vibe with staff as I waited for my order the store was clean lobby area clean and boxes fully prepared and ready for pizza orders as if it could last into next shift they were prepared and it was 9 pm at night even saw and example of the box sizes from personal pan to large on display saw delivery driver head out to deliver and the place smelled clean staff uniforms looked clean my experience was awesome as I had been up since 730am to then go to a staff meeting with Pizza Hut drove to Houston and watched Grandson play then wanted food I did then tell them I also work for Pizza Hut in San Antonio the service I received was awesome and the staff thanked me for visiting the store and my stuffed crust meat lovers my family in Houston requested and my favorite thin crust supreme was cooked to perfection and cause of this I have learned how to also keep a valid record for Door Dash and Uber Eats who assist in delivery of orders when needed to provide awesome customer service to our customers to keep and continue to build the business and brand that Frank and Dan Carney who in 1958 started Pizza Hut as students of Wichita University in Wichita Kansas"

"I just moved to the area and I’m going to try again. But the pizza was dry and a bit tough. There wasn’t really any cheese. I normally order from the gessner location near memorial city mall and it’s great every time. Maybe my expectations maybe a bit high but I wasn’t really happy with the pizza. They were very nice though, customer service was great."

"This happened in October 2023. I went on the website and order a special, which consisted of two pizzas for my grandsons and I. The driver finally arrived and had one pizza. I let him know, this is supposed to be for two pizza and showed him the special on line. His response was, well sometimes our system in the store doesn’t always match what’s on line. He asked did I want the pizza or did he need to take it back. I told him to take it back because one pizza for $26.28 is not going to be enough. He then said, o I wonder why someone would order one pizza for that price and for me to call and speak with the manager. I cannot remember her name, but he said she was really nice. I called several times and finally got her, explained it to her and she said if the charge comes through, just notify my bank(which I did) and it should work out. My bank gave me provisional credit and I thought that was it. Fast forward to Monday, January 22. I noticed a forced charge on my account, called my bank and guess who it was ? Pizza Hut! My banks says they had 90 days to respond, sent over a authorization (that I did not sign) and had it reversed. I called the store and the customer service, got the run around. Phone not being answered …etc Bottom line- I will never order Pizza Hut ever again!"

"I am from out of town visiting Houston. I ordered from this location on Saturday, 11/25, late night around 11 PM to my hotel. Initially, the food was only missing beverages. I called and told them and they said they would re-deliver. My spouse and I then bit into the pizza and it was spoiled! We also saw some mold on it. I couldn’t believe it. I called, was routed to the call center and was promised a call back from a manager and a refund - none came. I even told them that they could keep the beverages and that we no longer wanted anything from the location. I called back today, 11/29, I was routed to the call center and they gave me the run around. I was able to eventually contact the location directly and the store manager - Kenneth - was superficially cooperative and just told me I can have a $20 credit towards a future order. I said I just want the refund. Why would I want food from this place again? He said he can’t do that and to contact the call center as this is the first time he is hearing about this. This is his first time hearing about this and I reached out within minutes of the delivery?! He really didn’t care about my experience at all. I will definitely contest it through my card. Beware of this location. I can’t speak for the others in the area. Terrible food and even more terrible service. Shame on them. 0 stars."

"This place is ridiculous. They always deliver cold and short me items. Today I placed an order through the app and door dash calls me telling me they don't have the drinks I ordered. He said the store can't refund me because it's a doordash order. I dont have doordash and did not place my order through Doordarsh. I placed my order through the pizza hut app and my card was charged by PIZZA HUT. So tell me why they can't refund me the money I paid, for items they don't have?? The lady that answered the phone told me she doesn't know how to refund those items and she will try to figure it out and then hung up on me. After which the store stopped answering and I called again and got through to the generic order line and they just said "I talked to the manager and they're going to call you back as soon as you hang up." I will never use this pizza hut again. Worst customer service ever. All these calls and no one could explain why they can't refund me items I paid for that weren't available. I will reach out to corporate since management could not care less that they're robbing people. Update: someone from the store called and said an area coach would have to look into the refund and give me a call back. I placed the order at 6:53 and it said it would arrive at 723. Pizza came at 820 and was cold. Would've preferred a call that they didn't have drivers and offered pick up instead of making me wait for cold pizza. Dominoes does that."
