What stood out the most was her ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. The constant flow of in-store customers combined with a stream of DoorDash orders would overwhelm anyone, but not Red. She handled each task with grace and professionalism, ensuring that every customer felt attended to and valued. I noticed that my order took a bit longer than usual, but seeing Red's dedication to her work and her team made the wait completely worthwhile. Her ability to manage and clear orders diligently was remarkable. It's not often you see someone who's willing to stay past their work hours to support their team and ensure every customer leaves happy. "Not really sure who’s at fault here, but I ordered through UberEats for delivery from this location. Two couriers who tried to accept the order messaged that the restaurant was closed. I tried calling the restaurant itself only to be answered by a 3rd party who was not even at the location but was claiming the restaurant was open. The person transferred my call directly to the restaurant and it just rang out, nobody answered. This happened two times. I eventually had to go to the app to cancel the order cause I didn’t have anymore time to waste. What I don’t know is if there was an actual emergency at the location. Or if the workers never showed up. Either way I’ve never experienced anything like this before through the UberEats app and I won’t be ordering from this location again."

"my wife and i had so many awful experiences at this place, we decided go to another location and drive 15 minutes to another location and every time i go there i leave a 5 dollar tip because their service and pizza is so amazing! we decided to give this place another shot as i was tired and said lets see how they do this time, laughing! again same old awful experience, I ordered they said 15 minutes got there and waited for 50 minutes cold pizza hard pizza and cold wings i ordered 8 and got 6 not even an apology. I didn't expect it from the kind of people that work there though. Don't go to this place at all, gross people, dirty place, bad service and terrible pizza and wings. I will have this pizza hut team lower my casket so they can let me down one more time."
