"When I walked in, I noticed that it was very busy. However, what I failed to realize is the fact that everyone in the shop was empty-handed, waiting for their drinks. We ordered two drinks, hoping that it wouldn't take that. long However, we waited about 50 minutes for two mediocre drinks. I will say, there were only three people making drinks. I feel that there should have been warning to all of the customers that the drinks were going to take a long time. The drinks were not good."

"No masters of their craft. Bubblicious has been around for a while but that is not reflected in their flagship product. If you are going to offer a blended mik black tea, your base must be a tea concentrate. The reason most boba tea places do not offer a blended milk tea is because, without a tea concentrate, it will always taste watered down and bland. The blended milk tea we were served tasted like blended sugar water. Awful. To the owner: consider brewing a concentrated black tea for blended tea drinks or remove the blended option from your menu. The color of our drink should be much darker and more rich in flavor than this. These are milk tea "basics." Service was also at snails pace. No urgency; even with less than ten patrons."

"I tried this place since it was next to this cool new comic book store. There was a lot of people there. The guy told me it would be about a 15/20 min wait. No problem, I could see they were busy. I went back to the comic book store, also to the goodwill next door and came back 20 mins later. My drink still wasn’t done. I waited another 15/20 mins. I got the Thai tea. It was just okay. I really enjoyed the freshness of the boba they do make it there but the tea itself just wasn’t very flavorful or I felt like it was missing something. I’ve definitely had much better at other places and sadly won’t be back but maybe their other drinks are better. I saw a lot of people trying the slushy ones but I only like Thai tea and I do set high standards for them. I only spent $6 so the price was okay abt $5 and than tipping is requested. If your in a hurry don’t come here there are other places that are much faster and taste better for the same price"
