"Middle of the afternoon -- All the screens were off inside and they were out of a majority of their menu. originally thought no one was there but one staff member was sitting in a corner head down on a desk. At first we just left but we saw them get up when we paused outside to read the hours to make sure they were open (they were and had been for at least 2 hours) and saw the staff member get up. We went back in and asked if they were okay cause they had their head down and they said they hadn't been laying down? Weirdest gaslighting attempt I have ever had. Boba was pretty okay tho"

"This location is trash. From now on I will make the drive to kung fu tea by utsa even if it’s farther . The girl taking our order was devoid of life . She made our order , sat on her phone and left the drink in the machine . We had to walk up and ask about it then she handed it to us . But worse or all is the filthiness of the location !! Tells you all you need to know"

"Decided to try this Boba Tea place as we were near the area. We ordered 2 milk teas and one unsweetened black tea. Milk teas were not the best. They had a lemon taste to them? My niece said it tasted like lemon, I couldn't find what that taste was. The drinks were ok. We visit various boba places, and this "brand" was not one of our favorites. The unsweetened tea was so strong. It had such a strong after taste and almost tasted dry, if that's a thing. We put truvia in it, and it was just undrinkable even after putting sweetener in it. I took the drink up to the staff and asked for a lemonade instead. We were not able to switch it out because we opened it to try it. I feel that's not an ideal rule. How else are you supposed to try things without opening it? We left the tea there. We paid for it, and there was no refund or exchange for something else. Warning to all, if you're going to try something new here, you'll be out of luck if it isn't "your cup of tea.""

"This place is really good! One of our top picks that we’ve been to. I’m hesitant giving it 5 stars since Tea Time is our favorite and it’s not quite as good, but I have no complaints which is why I rated it 5 stars. I love the variety of options and they’ve always been quick when preparing our drinks. Overall, if you like boba this is a good place to go!"

"Brand new location and visited with my daughters. Long awaited for us to try out and we are very pleased. Very clean location, friendly staff, and SO many choices! We enjoyed our visit there and our choices of drinks. Definitely will be back again and again as we pass by here often."
