"I ordered something from here and I thought I put delivery which I didn’t I accidentally put order for pick up. I called and asked if I could get that fixed and they just told me they would refund me my money back in 5-7 business days it’s been a whole month and I still haven’t gotten my money back.."

They've had the same staff members since opening and they still don't know what items they have on the menu like coffee flavors, and charged lemonades. Staff seems very inpatient and service is always very bad. Will not be returning unless they do a very massive overhaul to staff and management"

I picked up the cup and was horrified to see there was not one, but several strands of long hair inside the drink!!!! This is beyond disgusting, there is no way to make this right. For a place that sells only drinks, they should take much more precaution in making sure things like this don’t happen!!!"
