"Well I ordered in the drive thru this afternoon, the lady talking to me didn’t seem to happy about helping me. Then they gave me the wrong drink, and then when I told them not to warm my muffin they just ignored me. And then my gf drink was the wrong size so sad honestly but whatever."

"Kind of disappointed! Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and pretty much got an iced expresso with caramel syrup flavor and milk. No caramel :( For the pricing I wish I had got the caramel to my drink. Gave 2 stars because they normally don’t mess up my drinks and I was especially looking forward to this one today."
