"First time going to this location I was excited that I had found a Shipleys near my job since I work early in the morning, only to find out my doughnut was stale and cold, and I was told after I asked about the donuts being fresh and warm that I could put it in the microwave, my cell to warm it up because it would take too much time from the lady assisting me, although they had no customers in the building I was truly drawn back a little, because I did not understand first off how I was receiving a code, still doughnut from a place that usually serve them fresh which can the doughnut had been sitting for a while"
"They’re super polite and in the mornings usually have very hot and fresh plain glazed donuts."
"I usually love Shipleys more than any other donut place in town and we went out of our way to go to this one since it was the only one open around 6:30 on a Sunday. Unfortunately the donuts were stale and didn’t really live up to the typical Shipley taste either. We also really didn’t like that it was drive through only after 6pm with no menu or ability to see what they still had available. The only option when we found out they were out of what we wanted was to ask the worker at the window who didn’t really seem to want to go into any detail in what they still had or want to move so we might be able to see behind her to the case. In general she just made us feel like we were wasting her time trying to figure out what else we could order. I’m not sure if this was just an off day but going off this encounter I would not go out of your way to visit this location."
"Great donuts but you will get better quality going to a local shop. The kolaches are definitely not worth what they charging for them. SUPPORT A LOCAL SHOP!!"
"Made fresh daily. Great location and employees follow COVID19 health safety. Just wish they could put more filling inside the doughnuts."
