"Outrageous prices for subpar items. A little over 4$ for a blend espresso served in a cheap paper cup. This place can only exist by abusing conference attendees."
"Staff seemed nice enough but the coffee cups they use are complete garbage. Holding a cup the way a normal person would results in the cup crushing, spilling everywhere and a "meh" reaction from staff. No offer to get another cup. Nothing. Just that they're clearly so used to it they don't care. Seriously, for the cost of the coffee being offered another cup would have been nice."
