"I was recently passing through San Antonio for 10 days on my travels and had the fortune of being close to Starbucks 801 San Pedro San Antonio. As I am a coffee lover this was immediately my hangout! From the fantastic warmth and efficiency of the team to the superb coffee my daily visits became a ritual. I am a vegan and they quickly knew my regular Coffee Oat Latte and made it to absolute perfection! The fabulousness of the team cannot be matched. They really do know how to make you feel at home going heads and shoulders above the rest…thank you to Jade, Oscar Aguilar, Oscar Renteria, Julianna, Julian, Brandon, Tess, Jazmin, Betty, Lexii, Nate, Liz, Paris, G Sotelo, Estrella and Abby! Nothing was ever too much trouble for you all and you knew how to always brighten up my day. Fantastic staff serving fantastic coffee…dolce vita' indeed :) I am now travelling in South America but left a little bit of my heart with the Starbucks Team! Thank you to you all for making me feel so very much at home… you are a credit to Starbucks and I will never forget you :)"

"I don’t eat dairy or sweets right now, and don’t use any sugar substitutes. And while I love many alternative milks, I don’t quite like them in coffee. For all its flaws, dairy can be much more neutral than soy or almond or oat. So I am content just for the straight hard stuff. Well, what I wanted wasn’t exactly expressed on the Uber Eats menu, so I called the store and the woman who helped me was on it! She told me exactly what to do to get what I wanted delivered and now I have my straight espresso triple shot and I am enjoying it too. Great service!!! Great Coffee! Thanks!"

"I have had the worst experience in this Starbucks. If you are of a different ethnicity they don't welcome you it's like they don't even see you. The Starbucks on Commerce Street is so good everyone welcomes you they make you feel like your part of there little family."

"I added a shot to a drink as per my usual, and was charged an extra $2.75. On the menu an add shot is around $1. The blended drink I ordered despite ordering with an add shot came out super week tasting, so I had to go back and order another shot. That was when I was charged an additional $2.75. I ordered a coffee frap with an add shot initially, and since the add shot makes it fluffier I requested it be placed in a venti cup, even offered to pay venti price for the larger cup. Anyone that adds shots to blended drinks is aware to pay for a larger cup. The cashier refused and said it was policy. So I had a partially portioned weak drink, and was charged for espresso that some reason didn't make it into the drink. Cashier said extra fluff gets tossed down the sink. This is not my regular starbucks, and I am rarely in that part of town. I will stick to my normal location, so the drink tastes consistent, the price is matches the menu items including add ons, and the service is more friendly."

"Best best customer service by far out of all Starbucks I have been too! All workers in a mello welcoming mood! No one seems to hate their job ! I have came here 2 days back to back because I just rather come to this location now ,when there are others nearby my area. Keep doing a great job y’all!"
