"Poor customer service No management the stores filthy The hot dog machine has a build-up of what appears to be some kind of mode The soda fountain have some kind of I'm kind of slime under the nozzles where you get soda On the floor is always sticky And the management isn't never around"

"Got the car into the car wash...as you can see , was a failure from their machine, went to talk to the cashier to either get the money back or fix it, she finally gave us a code to get another was for free...she was very rude like if it was our fault..."

"Terrible service, I purchased cigarettes and tried to purchase gas but the Cash Register Rep stated circle doesn't take change. (Mind you if you can't count 3 dollars in change you should not be employed on the register. My 6 year old nephew can count change!) Will not stopping for gas or anything else at your stores! I paid for cigarrettes with 10$ bill, so will take bills but not some change. Ridiculous cause employee replied its store policy. Everyone in this country is struggling so counting change should be something everyone knows. I worked for Valero in the past and never complained about my job. The key is to start counting get the customer in and out. Money is money. The store was also empty 2 people, even the customer behind me was just in Awe that she refused to take change. Never again!"
