"Got the Turkey Club and chocolate chip cookie. After a long wait of over 30 minutes I got my sandwich. It was the driest and blandest sandwich I have ever had, tried to finish it but couldn’t. 10 minutes later finally got the cookie. Cookie wasn’t bad. Would not recommend this place to anyone though."

"If it were possible to give no stars I would. Wanted the chicken wrap which they did not have. I ordered the turkey club sandwich that contained pork of which I was not aware and I don't eat pork. I asked to get a plain cheese pizza instead. The sandwich was $7.25 and the personal pizza was $6. I waited 15 minutes for a pizza that was exteamly small ,half baked , tasteless and sloppy. And I practically had to be arguing back and forth with the cashier to get the difference from the price of the sandwich. The cashier Marco was very nonchalant and stated that the prices were pretty much the same. It was not about the amount but the principle of the matter. I also had the icee for $5.50 that tasted like bad watered down cool aide. My husband had the turkey club which he said was dry and bland. I have eaten at the chart house on the same premises and their customer service is top knotch obviously the quality did not trickle down to the base of the tower. Horrible service."
