"This Dunkin Donuts is the worst. They never have the new items in stock, and every other day they are out of espresso. I came to try the Churro Latte and they did not have the churros syrup and I couldn't get any Latte either bc of course out of espresso. I had a offer for a free donut and they refused to honor it because I had tonpirchade a beverage. How when my beverage is not available?!?! The cashier Lola was trying convince me to buy a beverage I didn't want - instead of doing the right thing amd honoring the offer. I tried to speak to the Manager, Monica? But they insisted she was not available. I would have offered to take my phone number down if she was truly not in the store. Second time I've visited this store for the Churro Latte and was denied!!!!!"

"Have been going to this shop the past 3 years. Order online every time but these past few months this stores gone downhill. Always out of donuts/coffee. Kolache is always cold. 4 different occasions that I’ve had them remake my coffee bc they put in the wrong coffee flavor. Anytime I get dunkin now I drive to the Babcock location even though I live right across this Huebner shop"

"We used to go to the NW Military location but it closed down. I understand the Huebner location probably has a lot more traffic now. We have been there probably over 20 times since the other location closed. Every single time without fail our order will be missing half of what we ordered and the food will be cold. We have tried going through the drive through, ordering online, going in store. And even though we order two of everything, inevitably one item will be missing. If you can go to any other Dunkin’ besides this location I recommend you do so."

"Sad donut to the eyes and to the taste buds, they all had little to no frosting and only two glazed flavors were available (chocolate or vanilla). They all looked like this with no frosting. It was mostly dry bread. Service was not great either unfortunately. Definitely not going back."
