"This was my daughter’s strawberry refresher this morning. She didn’t notice it until she got into class. The lack of concern that it was in a child’s drink is what baffles me the most. This could have turned out to be a worse situation if she swallowed the screw. We called the store and the ‘manager on duty’ directed us call a customer service line so they could ‘help’. Customer service support was no help either... I was told I need to send an email and wait for a response. Machines are obviously breaking apart at the Vance Jackson/ Huebner location. Be mindful & double check your drink cause the only thing getting refreshed here are the screws from their machines."
"Not a very good experience at this store. The cashier couldn’t be bothered to say hello to me or even speak to me other than tell me the price. My coffee took 10 minutes even though there were only two other people in the store."
"Went there at 4:45pm today and was told the seated section is closing at 5:30pm. He had to be prompted to the reason why. If you are going to close early you should at atleast update the website as people tend to go to Starbucks for MORE then just coffee. But then again I'm asking for common sense. Which is grande order these days."
"I can’t say enough about this Starbucks. I called last night to set up a large order for an office with Forest. He left a note for the shift manager in the morning named Asher and when I got here they were ready to help me. They are incredible. Got my order done during a busy time of the day, which was around 7:30 AM. Got it done and I was out the door and to my appointment on time. I can’t say enough about this location and the people working there."
"I reached out to this Starbucks for some coffee donations and they were so kind and helpful. The manager Barger helped me out set everything that I needed for the donation and shift manager Catie even helped me carry the items to my car. The baristas Vic, Adrian, and Carlee were also super nice and friendly with everyone in the lobby all while making drinks. Great service overall "
