"I made a pick-up order from an app with mystery bags for this location. Received 6 drinks, 3 of which were what I think were the signature, and the other 3 were what I'm guessing was passion fruit and strawberry. I didn't expect much due to the low reviews, but the drinks were honestly good. The popping boba was definitely one of the best parts. The signature drink wasn't too milky, which I think is the primary complaint people have, but it was still good regardless. Now the fruit drinks were 10/10, refreshing, tasted good, and the popping boba just hit the spot. There were no rude workers, and we had a good conversation about google being able to flip a coin."

"On August 26, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Totally Tea. The customer service was abysmal; I felt treated poorly for asking basic questions. The staff, particularly an immature individual, refused to accept my cash, citing the lack of exact change. To make matters worse, he deliberately ignored me, making me step aside under the pretense that I was taking too long. Despite consistently ordering the same drink, he prioritized other customers and even went out of his way to attend to someone who had just arrived. When I confronted him, he not only ignored my rightful place in line but also failed to provide a receipt for my order, claiming he would personally make it. Regrettably, he didn't follow through. Even with two other workers present, my attempts to seek assistance were futile. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The staff continued to prioritize other customers over rectifying the mistake. Frustratingly, when I questioned the mistreatment, I was met with indifference. I've chosen not to return due to this unpleasant encounter. Interestingly, I later discovered that the individual responsible for the poor service had been attempting to pursue my daughter romantically. Despite his efforts, instant karma prevailed, as he had no idea I was her mother."

"Long wait, forced to buy a bigger size than what I wanted or I couldn't purchase the Taro flavor i chose, then was largely disappointed that neither the tea nor the boba had any flavor. Tasted like water. Never coming back again. I've bought at Black Mint many times, and never been disappointed. Going back to them moving forward. $15 for 2 teas, a small and a medium."
