"First time today and got an iced caramel latte. The absolute worst tasting coffee and I got a large so wasted $9!! I literally got to work and poured it down the sink. Was so mad cause I needed coffee! Decorated cute and that’s about it. When I got there the two women were too busy talking to even notice someone was standing there. I said my order since one was looking at me she ignored me and went back to speaking to the other lady. Took them about 5 min maybe more to actually speak to the one person in the place and now I know why. Definitely don’t waste your time or money here. They need customer service tips and maybe even change the coffee they use. It was horrible! Probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. And I have tasted coffee all over the world. This was the worst!!! Only giving two stars for the decorations cause that was the only good part."
