"My experience was good there, just like any other Starbucks besides the fact that their bathrooms don’t have a changing table. Sorry that shouldn’t be a thing anymore it’s the 21st century. Every bathroom/ restaurant should have a changing table for babies."

"Place is really nice but unfortunately the service is very bad. I clearly asked if they offered refills and that if they didn't that I was more than willing to pay for the coffee. After a dreadful 5 minutes of arguments between them they reluctantly accepted to giving me the refill. After 20 minutes of waiting without any other customer in front I just had to leave empty handed."
"This Starbucks is located on Harry Wurzbach on a corner near Fort Sam Houston, not far from the Fort Sam National Cemetery and the base golf course. I was there for an informal meeting. Service was quick and courteous. I drank the Starbucks venti-sized coffee; others at the meeting had a variety of drinks and food choices. I don't consider coffee as food, but only an addictive necessity in life."
