"I had the most amazing service & sincere smile from a Barista the other day. A smile that was unexpected & so much needed on a day I was having a great deal of trouble. My Barista did not smile at me out of pity, her smile was not condescending nor was her smile a forced one she wore because it was her job. No, that was clear by her face & smiling eyes. She made me feel human that morning when I felt like a panicked wreck. She truly made my day, even more so than the wonderful coffee did, just by smiling because she was happy to be there, or maybe smiling because she cared. I might never know her reasons but I do know that she made my entire day better. For that I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Smiles."
"Ordered a sugar free coffee vanilla and hands me a black coffee then I come and she pours creamer on it and says have a nice day. Worst service ever. Usually I’ve never had any issues. Must be location"

"i never write reviews or anything but i went through drive thru and my order had gotten messed up so i went inside to fix it and the guy working from 7:50-8:50 pm on headset was super nice and apologetic. i wasn’t upset in the first place but he was still so nice and remade my drink. i’m not sure what his name was but he was really sweet and he’s doing great!"
"I will pray for your workers. There was no line and I waited 25 minutes in side for receive a one sided turkey bacon sandwich. I found the other part still in the counter after getting my bag and finding it missing. I waited 25 minutes and was ask throughout the duration what did I order and never received my drink but everyone after were being served. So no scene, I just left. Starbucks received a $10.00 tip from me today at this location. Then when I checked my application the order was in the system like I was doing a pickup. I called the store and ask the lady to remove the transaction just give it to someone else I had business. Not sure about this situation but I think it’s time to choose a new place of business in regards. Peace!"
