"Be careful when buying gift cards!! I purchased several and the cashier gave me a card with nothing loaded on it. It wasn’t until I got back to my car and looked through all of my gift cards that I noticed that the receipt didn’t match the card I was given. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this would have easily been avoided if she would have given me the GIFT RECEIPTS, like I requested….all she had to do was scan each card to verify that the amount that I thought was put on there actually matched! Thankfully they quickly “found” the right gift card once I went back into the store."

"This starbucks amazed me today. The kindness and compassion of the manager and staff member I interacted with today left me speechless. Long story short, my car broke down and I was stuck waiting out in the rain. I'm also 6months pregnant and was very emotional. I didn't want to wait inside without ordering anything and upon approaching the counter, the manager immediately asked if I was okay, I told her my situation but that I was okay and placed my order. She didn't accept my payment and offered me a hug and to add to the kindness and generosity, one of the staff brought over a ham croissant warmed up for me. My only regret is not getting their names, but I will always remember them and appreciate them. These are the types of people you want to find when you go somewhere for services, people who care, they make a real difference in a place of business and in the world. Thank you for the unforgettable experience."

"The lady with colored orangish short hair was the nicest barista I’ve ever spoke to! She was the sweetest and her attitude was so positive and filled with energy, definitely made my boyfriend and I day better. She definitely needs a promotion :) so many workers don’t have that type of energy or positivity"

"I needed something to keep me awake before heading into my dr's appt, and ordered a fat-free, sugar free vanilla Nitro with cinnamon foam on top. It was so good. By the time I left the dr's office I had just the perfect amount of energy I needed to get through the rest of my day!"

"Never had any complaints until now! I am a frequent customer of this location. However, on this day I am very disappointed in the service I received. I order my typical drink and some bakery items. I was given my drink and occasionally they’ll ask if I want a straw. On this day they did not. So I asked for one. The young lady says “‘unfortunately we are all out of straws” as if I was blind and couldn’t see the bucket or straws right next to her as she slowly tries to hide the bucket. She then walks away. I ask the person near to give me a straw and she does. I asked why did the previous lady lie and she said she didn’t know. I asked To speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one. Another young lady comes to window and confirms that she told them to lie because they are “conserving straws” She then tells me that “she ain’t going back and forth with me” closes the window and walks away. I will take my $16 dollar a day habit somewhere else. I hate being lied to. Especially when the truth will do!"
