"They make you wait for your order too long and then you get your order wrong (missing items on your salad) And burger orders. I stop going at this location because of those reasons but today I didn't have an option, they continued to mess up."

"This Wendy's is never clean,n to top it off it was full of flies. They're always running out of sauces. Ketchup dispenser is always filthy AND empty. Worst of it all is that the management n staff is always grouchy. This is never my go to choice, only when I carpool."

"Of two Wendy's restaurants I visited one at 8:30 and the front door was locked and the sign hours stated that the establishment closed at 12pm, not stating lobby hours and this was on Saturday. This location at San Bernardo ave down town the I went to the one located on loop 20 and Clark where there is a Walmart and the same thing but the door was open and at the counter we were told that Thay could only serve orders to go only and I asked why and was told because " we will be closing soon", I still ordered and ate there and people were still coming in and the time was 8:45 pm. Of course this was not the drive thru. This is by all means rude and unprofessional and they should change the door hour sighs with the real closing lobby hours. I will never go back again since McDonald's was close by and Burger King."
