"Rude Jess spoiled my holiday and a good day. With such a rude attitude and unpleasant and unfriendly personality she shouldn’t be representing Starbucks and working in front of the house. I explained to Jess that I had an issue with the app, she rudely interrupted me and said that I need to know how to read before placing an order. I also observed how sloppy she was working, spilling the product and not pouring beverages to the top. Jess, you are a mean person and a bad employee who wasted my and business time and money. P.S. Spoke with the customer service, got a confirmation that the app truly had a technical glitch and the team will work on correcting it."
"Went to a this starbucks thinking I ordered here and I didn't. When I called the correct store they said I could just ask them to make it at the store I was at by showing the receipt. I did and they said they could make 2 drinks only. Not the 6 I ordered. The barista was a curly hair young girl with a small tattoo on her right arm of an animal. She didn't seem happy either so we just drove to the correct store."

"Just had an amazing experience, every time I got the lin I’d long and it feels like it takes forever to move but the drive through attendant made that all disappear she was so amazing and so nice. Literally was able to talk me into buying food and I wasn’t planning on getting food but she just made it so fun and so nice and I really wanna applaud her. Her name was Jadah"
